The Prophet wrinkled his nose in disgust when he entered the right wing of the compound. The smell was one of the worst things he had ever experienced, rot and decay mixing together, forming a harmony of deadly scents. The Prophet had finished helping the prisoners escape, who were now waiting outside the compound with the Deviant and Destroyer and most of the army. The black fortress of FEAR loomed over the Legion, its huge iron doors glinting in the sun. on the doors was a carving of FEAR’s logo, the same design that was on the tips of the enemy’s staffs. The Prophet was kneeled onto the ground, his fingers brushing the hot sand as he examined the bottom of the door for a gap that could lead to a possible way inside. When he found nothing, he stood with a sigh. “Well, the Mystic was right. I don’t see any way inside from here.” he said. “Did I not tell you? All the entrances are sealed. Only FEAR soldiers can get through.”
